How it works
How your grade is scored
Each of the seven questions covers a step where local-service leads are commonly won or lost — speed, after-hours coverage, channel capture, qualification, missed calls, ownership, and measurement. Stronger practices earn more points, up to 21.

Questions
Scorecard FAQ
What is the lead response scorecard?
It is a free, seven-question self-assessment of how your business captures, qualifies, and responds to inbound leads. It returns an instant grade and highlights the specific areas where leads are most likely slipping.
How is my grade calculated?
Each question awards up to three points for stronger practices, for a maximum of 21. Your total maps to one of four bands — from Losing leads to Fast responder — and any weak answers surface a tailored next step.
Does the scorecard save my answers?
No. It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you select is submitted or stored. If you request a lead audit separately, only what you choose to send through that form is shared.
What should I do with my grade?
Start with the flagged gaps, in order. Each links to a relevant guide or workflow. For a grounded picture, a free lead audit replaces the self-assessment with your actual response data.
